2. Age Restriction

  • You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol from our website.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18.
  • We operate Challenge 25 on delivery; valid ID may be required.
  • Orders will not be refunded if delivery fails due to lack of ID.

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock error, suspected fraud, age-verification failure).
  • Cancelled orders will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices may change at any time.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout using the available methods.
  • An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

5. Delivery

  • We currently deliver to UK addresses only (unless otherwise stated).
  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Alcohol deliveries require an adult to accept the parcel.

Failed Delivery:
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or failed age verification, redelivery charges may apply.


6. Click & Collect (if applicable)

  • Orders must be collected within the stated timeframe.
  • Valid ID is required for alcohol collection.
  • Uncollected orders may be refunded minus an admin/restocking fee.

7. Returns and Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate alternative.

Unwanted Items

  • Unopened, unused merchandise (non-alcohol) may be returned within 14 days at your expense.
  • Alcohol products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

8. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • A valid voucher code must displayed on the voucher and successfully redeemed at the point of purchase or checkout.

  • Product descriptions, ABV, and allergen information are listed on each product page where applicable.
  • If you have concerns about allergens or ingredients, please contact us before purchasing.
